When Hospice Care is needed, EIR Home Care is here to help and support you or your loved ones. Our Home Helpers can provide a much-needed break for families while providing specialized care for you or your loved ones.
TRANSPORTATION
Our Home Helpers can provide transportation for seniors to and from appointments. Whether it's a doctor's appointment, beauty salon, errands, or just a lunch outing - We can help.
COMPANIONSHIP
Our Home HELPers can provide companionship through conversation, reminiscing, playing games, helping with tasks, or even just looking through old photo albums.
EIR Home Care Pricing Guide
Below are the price ranges for the various service types provided by EIR Home Care.
Specific rates are determined at the Care Consultation.
24-HOUR SERVICE:
Price Below:
- Home Helper and Personal Care $27.50 per hour
- Specialized Personal Care $29.50 per hour
HOME HELPER & PERSONAL CARE SERVICE:
$28.50 per hour
- Providing 3 or more hours of continuous service.
SPECIALIZED PERSONAL CARE SERVICE:
$30.50 per hour
- Providing 3 or more hours of continuous service
- Assisting clients with Hoyer Lift or Sit-to-Stand
- Assisting clients with extreme behaviors
- Assisting a couple where both need personal care service
SHORT NOTICE/AS-NEEDED SHIFTS:
$50.00 per hour
- Providing service when less than 48-hours’ notice is given
- Rate also applies to clients using less than 6 hours per week
Notes:
Above rates assume a minimum of 6 hours per week, except for Short Notice/As-Needed rates
A refundable service deposit equal to 2 weeks of service is due upon Agreement signing
Additional $1.00 per hour for weekend service
24-hour clients are obligated to pay using Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT)
24-hour clients only need 1 week’s service deposit, due to EFT payments
Any transportation performed using Home HELPer vehicle will be billed at $0.63 per mile, or current federal rate
